Grow your mindset: believe, grow, shine ✨

A creative wellbeing journey where children and their parents or carers can connect, explore and grow together. Discover a nurturing space for emotional wellbeing, creativity and connection, where families can spend meaningful time together while exploring feelings and self-expression.

Who will benefit?

Childhood brings big emotions, new experiences and many moments of change. Grow Your Mindset offers children aged 7–11 a warm, nurturing space to explore their thoughts, feelings and wellbeing through creativity, mindful activities and meaningful conversations.

This workshop is ideal for home-educated children and their families who want to explore emotional wellbeing, build self-awareness and enjoy meaningful time together.

Building confidence

Together, children can explore ways to build confidence and self-belief, while learning to use positive and compassionate self-talk.

Emotional understanding

Children can explore how to understand and express their emotions, while discovering calming strategies and practical tools to help them manage big feelings.

Celebrating progress

Children can recognise their strengths, celebrate their progress and explore self-acceptance and self-awareness in a positive and supportive environment.

What makes our programme unique?

Our Believe, Grow, Shine approach brings together creative expression and mindful wellbeing activities. We create a welcoming space where home-educated children aged 7–11 and their parents or carers can connect, explore feelings and enjoy creative activities together.

It's more than simply an activity — it's an opportunity for families to pause, connect and explore wellbeing through creativity.

Through creative exploration

Through creative expression, gentle discussions and wellbeing activities, children can explore self-acceptance and self-awareness, while learning to reflect on experiences, explore challenges and discover what helps them feel supported.

New skills and outlooks

After a workshop, children can leave with new ideas and practical ways to support their wellbeing. They can explore gratitude, noticing positive moments, the connection between thoughts, feelings and the body, and the benefits of creativity and spending time in nature.
